-She sometimes will have tiny glowing orbs that surround her hooves as she walks. This is because of her being a healer, most higher ranking healers are given the ability of these orb lights, it is merely a symbol of ranking amongst healers.

Open Facts: Kiku would love nothing more than to run free and have a mate of her own that she can trust and love. She doesn't want to be a bad guy, though she just wants to live a good life. But thanks to being forced to be a healer at Death’s herd, she is pretty much stuck where she is for now. She is the only one who posses enough power amongst the herd to restore good health to the sick and or wounded.
-She is very quiet and docile in nature, not very outspoken. She seems shy at times, which makes her seem standoffish.
-Death doesn’t see her for anything other than someone to fix the broken horses in his own pathetic herd. No one really appreciates how important Kiku actually is to them, even though they would honestly be lost without her.

Private facts: Kiku was raised like any normal young horse, she lived at her family’s decent sized herd and had many friends while there. She once used to be very outgoing and sociable. But one day when she felt she was of age to leave her herd in search of her own path in life, she was herded up by a band of roaming bachelor stallions and taken back, along with several other young mares, to their herd and were all used as broodmares. With each cycle of the mare’s season they would all be bred countless times, many producing foals that turned out to be sick and ill and would eventually die. Kiku was forced to breed and bear many foals just to appease the band of bachelor studs. They often threatened the lives of those mares, and swear they would kill them if they tried to run away or tell anyone about what they were doing to them.
Kiku over time, grew to be very fearful around stallions, and even developed a phobia. She feels no man will ever treat her right and now fears what they are capable of. She endured nearly every bit of abuse imaginative, verbal, mental, sexual and even physical. She was raped, attacked, hurt, turned against and betrayed by all those she thought to be her friends.
The few foals she did conceive were all stillborn. She now qualms over the thought of breeding and feels that no other male would ever want to make love with her. She feels broken and dirty after her past. She regrets ever leaving her family, but is now far too ashamed to ever return to them.
-How she made her way to the Chamber herd, was one day Death spotted a young colt covering her in attempt to breed rather quickly with her before his lead stallion saw and punished him for it. The young inexperienced colt staggered around but wasn’t able to achieve his goal, Death came in and shoved him off the shaken mare. He then proceeded in rising up and then covering the mare’s back, clearly showing the young colt how it was done. Kiku bucked out and was able to break free from the large black stallion. Death cackled at her and gave chase as she tried to run away. He lured her miles away, chasing behind her and nipping at her flanks. Before she knew it, she found herself at Death’s herd where many cruel looking horses lived. She felt she had no other choice so she stayed there for awhile. Death also used her as a toy in the beginning, but then changed his views on her once he realized that she was a granted healer and would be of some other use to him, rather than just his own personal pleasure. She has been granted life there with him, as long as she fulfills her duties and heals those who need it, when they need it.

Character Info: Kiku is a very misunderstood horse. No one will ever know of the torture that poor Kuu must endure daily just by being forced to live where she does and put up with all that she must.
-She is very mature acting and doesn’t often laugh, smile or anything that would lead you to believe she is anything more than a serious adult.
-She is very kind hearted, but doesn’t like to show much of her emotions to others, so she can seem rude at first, but get to know her and she’s a lot different.
-Overall she is: Very quiet, shy yet friendly, timid around stallions, self-conscious about herself, very smart, honest and considerate.
